Didn't get off to a good start, the receptionist didn't know anything about the offer (I had to print the information off and take with me). Once there there was a comprehensive form to complete (made me feel confident). The nurse was great, knew what she was doing. The microdermabrasion was very good and thorough. When I went to work the next day, friends asked what I had done, as my skin was glowing. As an offer - superb.
